Our beliefs are the result of years of habits, patterns, and reactions to life’s challenges, shaped by the environment we grew up in, along with social and cultural influences. By adulthood, we often hold onto these patterns as the only way to navigate life.

We tend to see every problem as a threat, resisting anything different, which in turn triggers stress in our bodies. These ingrained patterns and habits kick in automatically, leading to self-doubt, anxiety, fatigue, and anger whenever we face stress.

Even after rest, we might not feel rejuvenated, or we may find ourselves tiring more quickly than ever. The modern world adds to this with an overload of information, new challenges, and rapidly evolving technologies, all of which can easily become overwhelming.

Join us in our classes and workshops to discover powerful techniques for managing stress through shri vivek yoga, planning with adaptability, and a flexible mindset. While you can’t change the challenges, other people, or the pace of life, you can transform the way you view and respond to them.
